Your responsibilities will include:

Team leadership and development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within AI and automation delivery

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through structured upskilling, coaching, and capability-building

  • Set clear goals and performance expectations, ensuring accountability and high-quality results

  • Promote collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing within the team and across functions

AI and automation delivery

  • Drive execution of AI and automation initiatives that support Boston Scientific’s business objectives

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver impactful automation solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes

  • Measure and track success metrics to demonstrate business value and scalability

Strategic partnership in AI

  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, contributing ideas on AI strategy, trends, and best practices

  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and approaches, assessing their relevance and potential impact on the business

  • Represent the AI and automation team in business discussions, bridging technical expertise with organizational needs

  • Support the evolution of Boston Scientific’s AI roadmap and capability maturity

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in AI, intelligent automation (RPA, ML, NLP, etc.), digital transformation, or related fields

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful AI and automation solutions with measurable business value

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work across functions

  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning, upskilling, and developing others

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field

  • Prior experience leading projects, mentoring peers, or informal team leadership

  • People management experience (direct or indirect)

  • Passion for emerging technologies and their application in solving business challenges
