Lead the DACH Defense strategy working with product and geographic leaders AI Supercomputing for Simulations and Digital Twins, Autonomous Defense Systems & Cybersecurity Applications.
Engage with Defense industry customers to understand their goals, strategies, and technical/business needs. Define and deliver high-value solutions and relay this information to NVIDIA product teams.
See opportunities in current and future markets for NVIDIA technologies within the DACH region. Develop strategies, initiatives, and outcomes, and orchestrate resources to achieve them. Analyze and segment market opportunities to build strategic business plans.
Run, report on, and help achieve sales goals in collaboration with EMEA leadership and regional sales teams.
Act as a central point for the DACH Defense ecosystem.
Partner with EMEA regional and country sales teams to drive demand for our platform. Develop the customer value proposition and build core sales and marketing tools and training.
Build partner and customer references and case studies.
Identify and develop emerging user cases to nurture new vertical opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree from a leading university; Master’s/MBA or equivalent experience.
8+ years in technical sales or business development within defense, aerospace, or federal security markets, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals within the DACH region.
Decision-maker connections: Established relationships with senior leadership in German defense agencies (e.g., Bundeswehr), NATO, and prime defense contractors
Deep knowledge and extensive experience in the Defense industry business development and driving adoption and growth of technology-based solutions.
AI/ML proficiency: Deep understanding of AI applications in defense, such as cybersecurity, electronic warfare (EW),Intelligence and Reconnaissance or autonomous systems
Existing Security clearance for classified projects
Strong passion for ecosystem development.
Strong sales management and partnership experience.
A sales leader passionate about defining growth opportunities, crafting customer value, and driving partnership strategies to build new markets, develop NVIDIA technology solutions, and achieve market leadership.
Military experience: High Ranking Veterans with service in defensetechnology/intelligenceunits
Positive relationships with global Defense organizations and a successful history of delivering technology solutions to them.
Experience in crafting or selling cloud-native platforms and solutions.
Ability to build and innovate while following operational processes.
