KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support go-to-market milestones and planning initiatives with sales and account teams

  • Build financial plans across categories that align account KPIs with brand shipment targets

  • Analyze in-season performance and provide recommendations to improve results

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders

  • Manage franchise, key item, and replenishment forecasts to optimize inventory

  • Strong understanding of retail math and sell through data

  • Ability to build and flow product assortments based on trends and account needs

  • Strategic thinker with ability to synthesize data and develop solutions

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments

  • Advanced presentation and communication skills across business levels

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred

  • Minimum two years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or financial forecasting

  • Industry experience preferred but not required

  • Advanced Excel skills required
