Description:

As a, you will be a key player on the Talent team, ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of our global benefits programs and supporting program implementations and enhancements. This is a hands-on role that includes serving as a vital resource for employees and acting as a primary point of contact for benefit vendors. You will report to the Senior Benefits Manager and collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including People Ops, HR Business Partners, HR Compliance, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement. This is a fixed-term contractor role through January 31, 2026.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the administration of employee benefits across the globe
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees, assisting them with benefits and leave of absence inquiries and helping them resolve issues
  • Administer leave of absence processes with TriNet and partner with People Ops, HR Business Partners, and Payroll teams on employee leave matters
  • Support the rollout of new and enhanced benefits programs globally
  • Assist with expected acquisition preparation and planning
  • Partner with benefits brokers and vendors as needed
  • Assist with benefit plan renewals, including the annual US open enrollment process
  • Identify and improve internal processes for increased efficiency
  • Create and maintain employee resources & content on internal intranet site
  • Prepare and update documentation of benefits programs, processes and procedures, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and following documented guidelines
  • Support special projects as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role, preferably with global benefits exposure
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to navigate complex benefits and leave of absence matters
  • Experience in high-volume benefits administration is a plus

The hourly salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Hourly Salary Range
$57 USD

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensure payments are received and applied in a timely manner in NetSuite and maintain clean AR records.
  • Proactively follow up with customers on past due accounts via email and phone and monitor the aging reports.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date collection notes and documentation in NetSuite.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies or customer disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to resolve billing/collection issues, and drive the cash flow.
  • Resolve internal and external AR-related inquiries with accuracy and clarity.
  • Issue invoices, credit memos, and monthly statements
  • Ensure invoices are set up to meet Revenue Recognition standards and other accounting policies.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers by ensuring accurate customer setup and billing configurations.
  • Support the monthly close process, including AR reconciliations and reporting.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance AR and collections efficiency.
  • Participate in ad hoc finance projects and reporting as needed.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • BA / BS in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Over 3 years of practical experience managing the full accounts receivable cycle, with a strong focus on accuracy and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong understanding of AR and collections best practices and internal controls.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
