Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • BS/BA Degree in Finance, Mathematics or equivalent
  • MBA (Finance) preferred
  • 2+ years of wide-ranging financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience including accounting, forecasting/planning, and variance analysis for a large corporation
  • Strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting professional concepts and requirements

SKILLS

  • Strong Analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel Financial modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills a must - Detail-oriented, team player, proactive work ethics in fast paced environment

Reports to the Treasury Manager.

This role will support the company’s global Capital Market / FX activities, including managing/gathering currency exposures, executing FX transactions, analyzing market trends, preparing FX impact analysis reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and improving processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of FX markets, treasury operations, accounting, and risk management principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • FX Trade Execution: Assist in executing foreign exchange transactions, including spot, forward, NDF, and swap contracts, to hedge currency exposures.
  • Exposure Management: Monitor and analyze foreign currency exposures across global operations and recommend hedging strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Track FX market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments to provide insights on currency risks and opportunities.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Support FX-related cash flow forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity and minimize currency risk.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare FX exposure reports, hedge performance analyses, and variance reports for management.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure FX activities comply with company policies, accounting standards (e.g., ASC 830), and regulatory requirements.
  • Bank & Counterparty Relations: Coordinate with banking partners and FX trading platforms to optimize execution and pricing.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in developing and enhancing treasury systems, automation tools, and processes related to FX management.
  • Debt & Capital Markets Support: Assist in managing/servicing the company’s debt portfolio, including Term Loans, Bonds, credit facilities, and loan agreements.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in treasury, FX trading, or financial risk management
  • Strong understanding of finance, FX markets, derivatives, and hedging strategies
  • Ability to quickly understand complex transactions
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products and foreign exchange

Preferred

  • CTP / CFA Professional Designation
  • Experience with Oracle, FXall, Capella, and Quantum FIS TMS

Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

  • Evaluates jobs using standard job evaluation techniques; determines grades and supports the development and modeling of salary ranges.
  • Manages focal reviews such as merit, short-term and long-term incentives including processes from inception to completion. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure data and system readiness to deliver such processes. Workday experience preferred.
  • Administration of our global LTI compensation programs including time-based equity (Restricted Stock Units-RSUs) and cash plans, vesting schedules, award agreements, and equity plan governance.
  • Administration of our global Rewards & Recognition program to include budgeting, resolving program issues and working closely with our 3rd party vendor to maintain our tool.
  • On-going evaluation of the effectiveness of existing global compensation program design and guidelines.
  • Utilizes survey management tool to effectively administer global compensation programs.
  • Participates in salary surveys conducted by third parties such as Aon Radford, Mercer and etc.
  • Remains current on all personnel policies, programs and practices and stays informed of new (and pending) laws and regulations.
  • Act as internal consultant/advisor to managers and other HR staff. Makes recommendations to managers and HR Business Partners on all compensation issues; and interprets local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus equivalent work experience and relevant qualifications; CCP preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a global environment and partnering across countries and regions to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment preferably within high-tech or manufacturing industries.
  • Advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Suite and good familiarity in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation module.
  • Strong understanding of global compensation principles, general industry practices, regulations, and both historical and current market trends.
  • Extensive work experience in base pay, short term incentives, equity programs, and work experience in sales and executive compensation.
  • Working knowledge of high-tech surveys such as Aon Radford, Mercer and Compa.
  • Self-starter and have the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and large-scale projects.

  • Partnering with senior executives and management teams across the organization to forecast spend $ and resource needs, to develop budgets and set targets
  • Reporting duties not limited to forecast and actuals bridges and other ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Managing all budget-related close activities and prepare all required close packages (monthly/qtrly/annual)
  • Approving SCs and P.O.s and partnering with Corporate Accounting to ensure correct accounting treatment of transactional activities
  • Monitoring performance and preparing meaningful and informational management reports and variance analysis on a regular basis
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support budgeting and resource needs as needed
  • Proposing improvement opportunities to enhance financial visibility, control and planning effectiveness
  • Leveraging the financial and budgeting systems to further scale current process and enhance efficiency
  • Leading and/or assisting Budgeting related initiatives as needed to help build/enhance business capabilities for finance and key business partners
  • Day to day support including general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance,
  • 1-2 years related experience with Fortune 500 companies

SKILLS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and monitor the weekly SFT process for the Sales Team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to business teams.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
  • Work cross-functionally, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Improve existing controls and processes.
  • Provide process and finance training to business partners.
  • Collaborate as a trusted business partner within the Sales Team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams.
  • Manage all aspects of Revenue for the organization, including but not limited to, weekly SFT forecast, quarterly/annual forecasts, variance analysis, monthly QTD attainment, and management reporting.
  • Drive key analysis on Revenue trends and metrics by customers, geography, and Sales Leaders.
  • Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives for Sales Finance.
  • Build models in complex systems (PBi/GMPlan)
Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to manage and work with people.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in improving controls and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner

SKILLS

  • Exhibits solid communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Team focused with good interpersonal skills
  • Systems and tools skills required: SmartView, Oracle, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Semiconductor and High Tech industry experience desirable
  • High proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and charts to develop custom reports and dashboards) and Powerpoint
  • Experience using a large ERP system (PBi/GMPlan).
  • Strong organizational and executive communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapid business and organizational changes as needed
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Analyze and review the financial statements and provide insights on variances
  • Create standard tools and methods for collecting and disseminating key financial data
  • Construct detailed financial models to support decision making process
  • Assist in competitive analysis
  • Actively involve in preparation of executive level presentations
  • Prepare standard reports and dashboards for actuals / forecast cycles
Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • BS/BA Degree in Finance, Mathematics or equivalent
  • MBA (Finance) preferred
  • 2+ years of wide-ranging financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience including accounting, forecasting/planning, and variance analysis for a large corporation
  • Strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting professional concepts and requirements

SKILLS

  • Strong Analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel Financial modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills a must - Detail-oriented, team player, proactive work ethics in fast paced environment
