Essential Responsibilities
Creating financial and operational reports for better visibility and accuracy,
Analyzing report results and supporting decision making through meaningful analytics,
Supporting business operation by establishing insightful analysis, liaise/work together with Finance and Operational decision makers.
Desired characteristics
Education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration,
Basic experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration,
Ability to deliver constantly precise, accurate, and reliable work,
Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link actual financial results to operational plans, detecting anomalies and supporting decisions for improvement
Comfortable with large volumes of data,
Ability to work self-sufficiently if needed,
Intermediate Excel knowledge,
Very good communication skills in English & Hungarian both verbal and written,
Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others,
Team player: able to work across different teams and contribute to a positive environment.
