Responsibilities

• Leverages the Bluespine platform to develop and refine new audit concepts in healthcare. Leads concept creation across multiple audit verticals.
• Works closely with Medical Coders, Data Sciences, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive impactful results
• Lead in-depth research of new ideas and concepts

• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical records, health information management, medical coding, DRG methodologies, CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines, physician specialty guidelines, reimbursement programs, claims adjudication processes, member contract benefits, and provider billing systems and practices.
• Previous auditing or consulting experience in a provider or payer environment is preferred

What will you do?

• Event Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end planning for third-party sponsorships, co-branded partner events, and Orchid-hosted events. Responsibilities combine outcomes and execution, including all logistics, from budgeting and vendor management to invitations, swag, and post-event follow-up as well as KPI definition, attainment and reporting.
• Event Innovation: Develop and execute event formats that align with the Orchid brand, creating memorable experiences that engage prospects, customers, and partners in a highly professional manner.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to understand strategic objectives, ensure alignment with marketing, sales and partner team members and maximize the measurable outcomes of events.
• Process Development: In your first 30 days, refine and extend the roadmap for 2025, develop execution playbooks, and create a framework for engagement at events, including guidelines on logistics and communications.

Who are you?

• 3-7 years of experience
• Expert in creating high-quality, seamless events, with a keen eye for detail, bringing innovative ideas to connect with customers through unique experiences.
• Significant experience in high tech events
• Proven track record managing event-related communications, pre- and post-event.
• Hands-on experience owning events end-to-end.
• Familiarity with event and marketing tools like Figma, Salesforce, and data analytics tools.
• Experience in a small start-up company, wearing “multiple hats” and a “can do” approach

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by establishing relationships with prospective clients.

Building and leading a small team in charge of end-to-end cyber security research activities for Claroty’s US public sector solutions. Research areas include:

• Investigating new protocols used by IoT, OT, or IoMT technologies.
• Investigating the detection of false positives and recommending changes to the detection.
• Investigating asset classification issues in customer environments and resolving them with updated logic.
• Technical resource to support Sales lead Proof of Concepts.
• Creation of customer-facing dashboards and reports.
• Collection and enrichment of data and knowledge through external sources.
