Your key responsibilities

• Reviewing and mapping current service delivery processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, engaging in service research.
• Evaluating and recommending AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance and customer experience, developing process strategies.
• Collaborating with business process owners, IT teams, and developers to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Leading or supporting implementation of selected AI solutions, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
• Promoting a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Skills and attributes for success

• Process Excellence: Proven experience in analysing and optimizing service delivery processes using Lean methodologies.
• AI Expertise : Strong understanding of AI capabilities, trends, and practical applications in business operations.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify high-impact opportunities for AI deployment across service workflows.
• Project Leadership : Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
