What you will do

As a member of the
Procure Travel Payteam, you will be able to contribute to building and further developing SAP’s sustainability supply chain due diligence. You will be responsible for various activities related to compliance sustainability and Human Rights Due Diligence process establistment and execution.

• Analyze human rights and environmental risks in SAP’s supplier base with the help of SAP Ariba Supplier Risk and third-party content
• Drive the onboarding program of other colleagues, contribute to training and work instructions creation
• Support compliance with human rights and sustainability due diligence legislation (e.g., German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, Modern Slavery Acts in UK and Australia, Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive)
• Collaborate with suppliers and Global procurement Organization on preventing and/or mitigating negative human rights and environmental impacts by running and contributing to the workshops
• Contribute to mandatory reporting requirements related to supply chain due diligence
• Partner with Global Procurement Organization, Corporate Sustainability, and other SAP organizations globally

What you'll do:

As an HR Data Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing SAP employee data according to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This will be done through SAP software such as SuccessFactors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Chief Development Architect (m/f/d) for Sales Performance Management (SPM), you will drive the overall architecture strategy, governance, TCO, Cloud Qualities, and stakeholder collaboration model; which includes BTP and other LoBs.
