What you will do
As a member of the
Procure Travel Payteam, you will be able to contribute to building and further developing SAP’s sustainability supply chain due diligence. You will be responsible for various activities related to compliance sustainability and Human Rights Due Diligence process establistment and execution.
- Analyze human rights and environmental risks in SAP’s supplier base with the help of SAP Ariba Supplier Risk and third-party content
- Drive the onboarding program of other colleagues, contribute to training and work instructions creation
- Support compliance with human rights and sustainability due diligence legislation (e.g., German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, Modern Slavery Acts in UK and Australia, Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive)
- Collaborate with suppliers and Global procurement Organization on preventing and/or mitigating negative human rights and environmental impacts by running and contributing to the workshops
- Contribute to mandatory reporting requirements related to supply chain due diligence
- Partner with Global Procurement Organization, Corporate Sustainability, and other SAP organizations globally
What you bring
- Working experience in supply chain due diligence, sustainable procurement and/or sustainability preferred
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Proactive, flexible, collaborative working style and eager to learn
- Focused on accuracy, results, and execution
- Passionate about the topic (Sustainability & HRDD)
- Project and/or implementation experience
- Presentation skills and public speaking
