We own the end-to-end business relationship with SAP Partners and manage performance across the indirect Customer Value Journey: Sales, Post Sales, Transformation and Innovation
Who you are:
· Undergraduate students in Business/Sales/Communication and related areas (bachelor's or master’s)
· English required and Spanish is a strong plus
· Good communication skills
· Pro-active and a team player
· Capable of working with multiple teams across various geographies
· Familiar with Microsoft software, especially Excel (PowerPoint and Outlook also required)
· Familiarity with SAP Systems such as CRM and sales management is a plus
What you’ll do and learn
· Assist Indirect Software Sales Opportunities executing activities such as approvals, contract transfer and partnership processes contacting partners and managing internal workflows
· Enable SAP Partners on main portals, tools available, partnership requirements, among other content, as part of the delivery of some services requested by partners.
· Support internal and external (SAP partners) communications.
· Create and maintain Digital Assets to drive partner self-sufficiency.
· Drive awareness amongst partners to consume funds, rebates, outstanding commissions.
· Assist and support the delivery of services to SAP Partners, contacting partners and managing internal workflows.
· Provide regular reports to the team.
· Maintenance of a team knowledge base.

What you’ll do
To achieve these goals, you will be responsible for the performance and effectiveness of a diverse and highly functional team of DevOps engineers and infrastructure experts in Portugal.
Your key responsibilities include:
Accelerating the onboarding process of additional SAP products into the Sovereign Cloud portfolio while establishing co-ownership of the end-to-end product pipeline between commercial cloud development and our engineering units
Building and leading the local team of DevOps engineers
Living people management in all dimensions, including goal setting, feedback, coaching, conflict management, hiring, and team building
Further standardizing and establishing scaling models for product onboarding into SAP Sovereign Cloud
Enabling new deployment options, e.g. onto Azure, GCP, or SAP Cloud Infrastructure
Accelerating the efficiency of setting up new Sovereign Cloud locations
Closing the time lag between the availability of commercial and Sovereign Cloud product versions
Building healthy cross-relationships with architects, product owners, and engineers of other SAP products and organizations, including SAP Intelligent Spend Management, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Business AI, SAP DataSphere, and SAP Cloud ALM
Fostering performance and collaboration of a team of professionals

Proven experience with working with management on executive level
Fluency in English – both verbal and written
German language skills are a plus

What You’ll Do
As a CSM within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible to:
Successfully complete a 10-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your CSM team, that enhances your support in the CSM role, a critical customer-facing function within our dynamic Customer Success board area.
Immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.

We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending four (4) weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities. *Please note the in-person component is still in the planning phase, and the final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. We will ensure that this information is communicated promptly, and that sufficient time is provided for necessary preparations.
During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.
