As Consumer Marketing Manager in the Next Gen Innovation team, you will shape the future of oral healthcare by driving front-end innovation for one of the world’s most trusted brands. You will work onunmet needs, translating insights into compelling value propositions, and creating strategic roadmaps that define the next generation of Sonicare solutions.
This role offers a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on innovation development in a truly international environment. You will help elevate oral care as a central part of daily health and well-being by creating breakthrough concepts that reduce the risk and severity of disease and deliver superior consumer experiences.
You will be part of the Global Power Toothbrush category team, working alongside colleagues with diverse backgrounds across the value chain. Together, you will create and test future solutions that bridge consumer desires, dental professional needs, and business opportunities.
Your role
Lead the front-end innovation funnel:identifygrowth opportunities, scout emerging trends, and translate market, consumer, and professional insights into compelling innovation spaces.
Generate and validate consumer insightsthrough qualitative and quantitative research, concept testing, and co-creation with consumers and dental professionals.
Develop strong value propositionsthat resonate with consumers, retailers, and dental professionals, and that differentiate Sonicare in key markets.
Shape the long-term innovation roadmapby integrating new concepts into strategic direction for the portfolio.
Create business casesand assess the desirability, feasibility, and viability ofnew ideas, ensuring alignment with Sonicare’s innovation strategy.
Collaborate closely with R&D, design, strategy, and regional teamsto turn early concepts into scalable opportunities.
Act as a thought partnerwithin the team, inspiring bold ideas and fostering consumer-centric innovation.
Synthesize complex datainto actionable recommendations that drive decision-making at senior leadership level.

You hold a university degree or MBA in business, marketing, innovation management, or a related field.
You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, front-end innovation, or product strategy, ideally in a global FMCG or healthcare context.
You have proven skills ininsightsgeneration, value proposition design, and roadmap development.
You combine conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into clear, pragmatic opportunities.
You are comfortable leading projects in complex, cross-functional environments and influencing stakeholders across markets and disciplines.
You are a structured communicator, skilled at visual storytelling and presenting recommendations with impact.
You are entrepreneurial, self-driven, and energized by shaping the future.

Translate in-depth market, consumer, dental professional and competitive analyses into winning conceptsby defining – market specific - product positioning.
Integrate these new concepts into a strategic product roadmap (including services, software and clinicalclaims roadmaps) that uniquely addresses the needs of consumers, health care professionals andproviders in Philips Personal Health markets.
Deliver innovation to the market via the innovation product development process, from idea to productintroduction, including creating and maintaining a business case.
Develop Global Go-to-Market planning for a successful launch of the innovations in the lead markets frompricing strategy, distribution strategy to Marketing Communication strategy.
Managing own product portfolio and ensure commercial success (sales, margin, market share, etc.)
Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness. Ensure completion of appropriatedeliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.)
Analyze and synthesize data to deliver actionable, impactful and visual recommendations to enable data-driven decision making.
Interact with all associated disciplines, including R&D departments, internal and external agencies,MarComm, Market Intelligence, Finance and the Commercial Organizations of key lead markets
You're the right fit if:
MBA qualified in a relevant subject area (for example business/strategic marketing, economics)
8+ years of upstream and downstream marketing experience in global branded FMCG or durableconsumer goods including new product introductions and life cycle management in a global or regionalcontext. You have gained your experience from a similar global position driving marketing and innovationplans across markets.
Experience with NPDs new product development and new product introductions.
Experience of consumer market research and market intelligence
Understanding of retail market dynamics, having dealt with product promotions, trade marketing, shoppermarketing activations, product launches and/or marketing communications to drive business results andgrowth.
Your conceptual thinking, organizational and communication skills allow you to influence and motivateothers
Your strong drive and advanced ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
Your ability to develop realistic and comprehensive Business Cases.
Your experience in consumer health/ lifestyle products, and a data and consumer driven approach allowsyou to identify new opportunities and translate them into winning propositions.
You are naturally curious with a proactive mindset, who strives for continuous improvement
You can analyze and synthesize data to drive business decisions.
International mindset and the ability to talk efficiently to different people in different countries.
Fluent English; other languages are a plus

Funnel Analytics and Attribution
Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end funnel dashboards covering digital, events and partner marketing
Build data models to track campaign influence, lead progression and opportunity creation using SFDC as the source of truth
Support multi-touch attribution frameworks and marketing mix modeling creation
SFDC Data Strategy
