Your Career
We're seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Director, EMEA Income Tax to join our dynamic Tax team. This pivotal role requires prior experience as the Head of Tax for EMEA or a similar leadership position within a US multinational group. You'll bring a thorough understanding of relevant tax laws and the ability to offer strategic guidance on tax legislation and developments across a global scale. This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and is expected to be onsite at least three days per week. You will report to the Senior Director, International Tax, Global Tax Planning, and Tax M&A, who is located in California, and continuously collaborate with our strong global tax team.

The Sr. Executive Assistant will actively support the day - to - day operations of the office and provide support to our VP, Global Technical Services.

Your Impact
Help manage the day - to - day operations of the office and the executives
Provide general support to key visitors (internal and external)

Organize team meetings, team/company events, or customer events, including preparation, logistics, and follow - up as needed

Your Experience
Bachelor's degree and/or higher professional education
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good understanding of Google Applications (GSuite) & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Accuracy in following instructions, record keeping and completion of reports or projects
Ability to foster teamwork and a collaborative atmosphere

You will be part of the EMEA people team and HR Global Operations team, reporting to the Director of HR Connect.
Your Impact
Inspire the EMEA HR Operations team to deliver projects and process improvement that enhance, streamline and simplify employee and manager experiences throughout EMEA.
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the EMEA HR Operations Team across areas including offboarding, employee data changes, compliance, employee lifecycle programs (performance management, compensation planning), leaves (PTO, sick leave, LOAs), time tracking and more.
Work closely with the other regional HR Ops teams, EMEA People Business Partners and other key stakeholders such as legal, finance, payroll, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and vendors.
Continuously seek ways to improve the processes that are in place - looking to disrupt the tech, processes, current ways of working and procedures to optimize our service delivery and enhance the employee experience.
Optimize day-to-day management of workday for the region with a strong focus on improving workday to strive for consistency across all EMEA countries. Strong partnership with the People Tech (who owns workday) team to drive improved employee and manager experience is critical.
Proactively analyze operational insights for the EMEA HRC team to develop plans to improve documentation, self-service solutions that decrease overall case volume for the HR Operations Team and improve the team productivity.
Understand our broader HR strategy in the context of the business and EMEA perspective, and processes to architect, develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that meet EMEA compliance needs and drive global consistency elsewhere.
Your Experience
Team Management Experience: 4+ years managing and growing a diverse, potentially remote and multilingual team is crucial for a regional HR operations leader.
Workday Proficiency: Experience with Workday across various HR modules is highly relevant for managing HR operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with global HR teams is essential for a regional manager to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives.
Organizational Change Management: Experience with large-scale organizational change and project management is relevant for navigating and implementing HR process improvements and transformations. Demonstrated ability to fully define the business problem and design value driven solutions to enhance our service delivery capabilities.
HR Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with EMEA HR laws and regulations is critical for ensuring compliance within the region.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential for managing complex HR operations.
