PrimaryResponsibilities

  • Lead quarterly and annual global income tax provision calculations, forecast, and disclosures; manage communication with senior leadership and auditors
  • Lead global income tax compliance and documentation of tax positions, including federal, state, and international
  • Lead federal and state income tax planning and audits, including correspondence with tax authorities
  • Oversee domestic indirect tax compliance, planning, and audits
  • Manage process improvement initiatives
  • Analyze and communicate the tax implications of business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop and mentor team members
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and the ability to research tax issues
  • Experience managing tax audits
  • Experience working with tax software, financial reporting tools, and data analytic tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
  • 12+ years of related experience in tax
  • 8+ years of management experience

The annual base pay for this position is: $185,829.00 - $278,743.00
