PrimaryResponsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual global income tax provision calculations, forecast, and disclosures; manage communication with senior leadership and auditors
- Lead global income tax compliance and documentation of tax positions, including federal, state, and international
- Lead federal and state income tax planning and audits, including correspondence with tax authorities
- Oversee domestic indirect tax compliance, planning, and audits
- Manage process improvement initiatives
- Analyze and communicate the tax implications of business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and mentor team members
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and the ability to research tax issues
- Experience managing tax audits
- Experience working with tax software, financial reporting tools, and data analytic tools
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent preferred
- Certified Public Accountant
- Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
- 12+ years of related experience in tax
- 8+ years of management experience

The annual base pay for this position is: $185,829.00 - $278,743.00
