As an SR CX Training Professional, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining Honeywell's customer experience training program, ensuring that Honeywell tech products and services are understood and used effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying customer experience customer service and service delivery requirements. In this role, you will be continually assessing the customer experience, troubleshooting customer issues and devising training solutions.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and project management skills, as well as a willingness to work with multiple stakeholders. A keen eye on customer experience trends and insights is also valuable.
In your role as an SR CX Training Professional, you will need a good understanding of Honeywell's products and technologies. You will be expected to have proven knowledge in developing and delivering technical training programs and customer experience training. You will also be required to lead training sessions, work with the training team to create and update training materials, and coordinate customer visits and training activities.
