Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of Projects, Contracts &Parts
Support India Operations/Regional Admin with all required administration activities
Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes
Support Pacific, South East Asia & peers as and when required
Responsibilities:
Administer all aspects of Project and Services management Viz Projects, Contracts &Parts/Spot in SFDC/ SAP, drive End To End ownership of Service lines
Ensure Compliance to Polices & Processes
Purchase Requisitioning (SAP) in line with Process Controls
ERP,CRM & Digital Tool Proficient
Knowledge & Monitoring of Customer KPI’s
Goods receipt of orders on delivery
Contract renewal Monitoring
Generation & booking of contract renewal opportunities
Effective Stakeholder Management
Invoice generation (attention to specific customer/country requirements)
WO closure & error resolution in SFDC
Customer master data set up & management
Material Data Set up & management
Clear concise communications with local Sales, Operations & Regional Admin
Participate & contribute in Site Level Initiatives Viz HOS, Global Projects, Transformations, External & Internal Audits
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with contract administration expertise
Must have completed Post Secondary education
Experience working in a multi discipline team
