Key Responsibilities

• Thought Leadership: Represent Cisco in strategic customer engagements, distilling global messaging into narratives that resonate with APJC markets, delivering keynotes, hosting roundtables, and evangelizing Cisco's innovations in AI-driven customer experience, including proactive engagement, AI agents, and human-agent collaboration.
• Customer Engagement: Partner with strategic customers to co-develop long-term transformation plans, provide executive-level support, and offer insights on market trends and solution opportunities.
• Alliance Relationships: Strategic Alliances: Form and drive strategic partnerships with third-party adjacent solution providers in the Customer Experience (CX) space, including leading CRM vendors such as Salesforce (SFDC) and ServiceNow.
• Market Differentiation: Position Cisco as a leader in CX by aligning with best-in-class third-party solutions, enabling innovative offerings and driving customer success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with Customer Experience technologies such as Contact Centre solutions (preferably CCaaS), digital and conversational AI/ML, bots, workforce optimization and digital messaging platforms (CPaaS)
• Credibility and depth in the CX domain, ideally with regional experience across APJC.
• A strong background in selling and evangelizing SaaS and enterprise software to C-Suite, Line of Business, and IT buyers, specifically in the CX technologies vendor space.
• Proven experience in business development, strategy, or sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or customer experience sectors.
• Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving measurable business outcomes.
• You thrive on complexity, can simplify the story, and are comfortable presenting to internal executives, customers, partners and analysts alike.

Your Impact

• Network visibility and analytics

• Proven experience in demonstrating technical solutions and delivering multi-architectural Proof-of-Concept (PoC) tests

• Formal certification in any/all of the above Cisco solutions would be an advantage.
• Experience with IoT technologies and building control/management systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills to present technical architectures, solutions and products to key decision-makers from Managers to Directors and above.
• Comfortable delivering presentations to both small and large audiences.

Your Impact:

Lead complex Data Center and Cloud infrastructure (compute, storage and network) design, implementation, performance engineering or problem resolution projects.

Drive migration planning and execution, with a thorough understanding of networked applications and related dependencies.

Track deliverables against the engagement schedule and support the PM track financial, resource and material requirements for the engagements.

Solve complex issues that cross multiple technologies in network, server, storage, O/S, virtualization, consolidation, middleware, security, applications, operations, content switching, caching and/or content delivery networks.

Required Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading, designing, deploying and optimising scalable Data Center solutions.

Experience In large and complex projects, particularly focusing on UCS/Intersight and Hyperflex

Proficiency in Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, Google)

Knowledgeable in HCI (Hyperconverged Infrastructure) solutions, with skills in RHEL, Windows Server, CentOS administration, Active Directory and DNS configuration, VMware vCenter and vSphere, UCS Central, UCS Director, and automation

Exceptional communication skills,capable of translating complex technical issues for bothexecutive and non-technical audiences

Proficient in documentation, technical writing, and reporting

Familiarity with CI/CD toolchains, DevOps principles, YAML, as well as the ability to work with various programming languages (Python, PowerShell).

Understanding of AI principles, tools and use cases,

Awareness of third party products/solutions in Network, DC and related technologies
