About the role:

  • Provides field/ remote clinical support in the areas of supporting case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
  • Work is driven by Customer demand and pre-planned support requirements.
  • Attend cases face to face/ remotely with our customer and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our products.
  • Ensure timely collection, reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
  • Supports Sales team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
  • Develops deep understanding on the workflows and specificities of each hospital & business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through informal conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
  • Responds to complex and urgent customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Records customer information and activities in company’s CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
  • Provides clinical education supported with scientific evidence on product usage and customer training.
  • Excellent knowledge in OR etiquette
  • 90% of FCS time should be in the Accounts or in the OR with KOL & high Implanters.
  • Comfort in attending 5-6 cases per week with key surgeons across the territories.
  • Initiate a detailed Market Segmentation & Account Mapping exercise.
  • Ability to establish an action Plan by Account By Surgeon
  • Actively Exploring new business opportunities

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the implants field is required.
  • Experience in supporting clinically with medical devices, preferably in the hospital sector and in an OR setting.
  • Bachelor's degree

    • Directing people to the appropriate resource.
    • Lead the IRF (Internal Request Forms) management for local HCPs events and activities, upon internal requestors detailed and documented requests.
    • Ensuring timely communication and proactive partnering with all key stakeholders of the IRF process.
    • May support cross country and cross divisional IRFs.
    • Responsible for ordering products or services for a third party: PR (Purchase Requisition) and Purchase Order (PO) management (preferred supplier, vendor creation request and follow up, payment terms, finance information, quotation, and budget, TPIs…)
    • Invoice handling. Payments follow up & invoice status.
    • May assist Opex follow up with divisional FP&A: spend and budget tracking.
    • Provide administrative support where necessary to the business. This is not an exhaustive list but it may include: updating internal files, creating documents (letters, reports, spreadsheets, etc.), in addition to organizing, confirming & arranging the logistics, contracts, dinner/lunch arrangements and master schedule for local events, coordinate the communication with the relevant teams.

New Cardio Graduate Foundation Training Program

Successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the New Cardio field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. Profile Requirements:
