Stock Clerical
Assists in receiving, handling and dispatching goods in the warehouse and maintaining records according to defined standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Verifies orders. Operates computer to electronically guide order picks and check items off picking list. Packs and dispatches outgoing products in a timely and accurate manner.
· Participates in stock counts as required.
· Prepares the necessary documentation and maintains records associated with the receipt of products into a store and/or the dispatch of finished products.
· Maintains warehouse housekeeping in accordance to documented standards.
· Processes any returned goods as per documented procedure. Examines for conformity with returns acceptance criteria.
· Completes non-conformance reports as per documented procedure when required.
· Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, procedure and quality system. Recommends actions to prevent the occurrence of these problems.
· Ensures that all activities comply with ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System.
· Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
· May have responsibility for labeling product or adding/changing DFUs as required by the local market. Performs activities as directed per documented procedures.
