Key responsibilities include:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clinical performance of PFA devices, ensuring an integrated understanding of safety, efficacy, and clinical use
Author clear, evidence-based reports on key risks and emerging outcomes drawing from internal and external data
Support cross-functional messaging during high visibility product situations by offering a clinically informed and risk-aligned narrative
Coordinate across divisions and product lines to align performance views on products used in combination with PFA (Transeptal products, imaging, etc.)
Attend EP procedures and collaborate with field teams to observe device use, identify workflow patterns, and gather insights from real-world use
Provide internal training and guidance on procedural workflows, product use, and clinical context
Collaborate with the post market teams in creating performance metrics, supporting the developing and maintaining of dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate the product performance metrics
Monitor, interpret, and contextualize data from public regulatory sources (MAUDE, EUDAMED)
What we’re looking for in you:
Minimal requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related clinical or technical field
years in medical devices (clinical affairs, post-market surveillance, R&D, or product quality or other related), preferably within electrophysiology or ablation therapies
In-depth knowledge of EP clinical workflows and procedural environments
Strong communication and data synthesis skills
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with risk management (ISO 14971) and Medical Device regulations (ISO 13485 and 21 CFR )

Maximum Salary: $ 188300

New Cardio Graduate Foundation Training Program
Successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the New Cardio field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting. You will develop many competences while preforming in a professional work situation.
This role will be based around Milanand will require daily travel throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
• Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
• Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting
• Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions
• Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians
• Educate clinicians on a product franchise
• Commercially promote a product franchise
• Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
• Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC's rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. The Graduate is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by Boston Scientific.
Profile Requirements:
