About this RoleThis position requires a blend of, along with solid experience incardiac catheterization laboratories. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee site performance, and develop professional relationships with hospitals across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clinical trial protocols , Rhythm Management (RM) Clinical Department SOPs , and global regulatory requirements .
- Manage clinical trial activities within the assigned territory, including conducting Interest and Initiation Visits , supporting center preparation , assisting with IRB approval , and ensuring sites are ready for patient enrollment .
- Educate clinical investigators on trial protocols, procedures, and investigational product features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites to assess physician expertise and drive engagement.
- Provide technical support during clinical trials, including implant procedures and follow-up visits , involving direct patient interaction in hospital or clinic settings.
- Lead key programs and projects , acting as the primary contact for clinical study enrollment, communication, and follow-up activities within your region.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical or Biomedical Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Experience in the medical device industry within clinical research , field clinical engineering , sales , or as a cardiac physiologist .
- Proven experience collaborating with clinical partners, physicians, and medical sales teams .
- Hands-on experience with electrophysiology (EP) ablation procedures .
- Strong background in training and education for internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications- Working knowledge of EP mapped ablation procedures .
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes and documentation .
