Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialistwill provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, laboratory staff and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse and Opal systems during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. In addition, you will also specialize in our wider portfolio including POLARx and Access Solutions.
This role covers
regions mainly and requires travel across these regions, but also in other regions of Italy if necessary.

Your responsibilities will include:
Serve as primary resource for clinical support, consisting of supporting physicians performing arrhythmia cases in the electrophysiology lab with our systems.
Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse and Opal device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slide decks, manuals and other training materials) to keep all abreast of the latest product and technology developments.
Attending cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse and Opal system and its components.
Providing initial and continuous, as needed, training and feedback for development team and sales representatives (as appropriate) on Farapulse, Opal development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features.
Team up with Sales Team to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
Develop relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospitals and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
Clinical Trial Support: Managing and providing technical support for clinical trial activity within assigned territory by supporting the site authorization process and study procedures as defined in the clinical investigational plan.
In this role, you will be responsible for Campania – Puglia – Basilicata and may on occasion be required to support colleagues in neighboring regions.
This remote field-based role will require travel (approximately 80%).
What are we looking for in you:
Professional industry experience (1 or 2 years) in a similar role is beneficial; however, not a requirement.
Successfully completed studies within Biomedical Sciences (or a similar subject area), preferably within electrophysiology.
Strong communication skills.
Can understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
Professional working proficiency language skills in both Italian and English.Additional language skills are appreciated.
Can rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
Strong team player, collaborative, and can build relationships and work cross-functionally.
Self-motivated and can influence others.
