Field Clinical Specialist Electrophysiology (FCS EP), you can be part of that change.

In this role, you'll support cardiologists and medical staff during advanced EP procedures and help shape the future of our electrophysiology portfolio. You’ll work with solutions like EP recording and pacing systems (LabSystemPro & MicroPace), diagnostic and therapeutic catheters (Blazer), Ultra-High-Density 3D mapping (OPAL HDx), and ablation therapies such as Cryoablation (POLARx) and Pulsed Field Ablation (Farapulse & Faraview). A background as a specialized nurse, electrophysiology technician, or clinical technologist (Technische Geneeskunde) will serve you well.

Your role as a Field Clinical Specialist EP in Germany

As FCS EP, you’re the go-to technical expert and clinical consultant for hospitals and physicians. You’ll support procedures, provide training, and play a key role in successful product implementation. Expect a dynamic field-based schedule—often you’ll only know the next day’s plan by the night before.

What you’ll be doing

  • Procedure & technical support – Provide hands-on support during ablation and other EP procedures. You’ll advise physicians on optimal system and catheter use.
  • Training & education – Train and guide cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and EP-lab staff in using our products—in the OR, and through structured sessions.
  • Relationship-building – Build trust-based relationships with medical professionals and make sure they’re always up to speed with the latest in EP.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with Account Managers and Product teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Clinical insights & innovation – Share feedback and insights with our R&D teams to contribute to product innovation and development.

A day in the life

Your day might start early with a hospital visit to support an ablation procedure. You’ll ensure all systems are ready and assist the clinical team in real time. In between procedures, you catch up with doctors or technicians to share clinical insights or discuss updates in our portfolio.

What you bring

You’ll likely tick one of the following boxes:

  • 2–5 years of independent experience with 3D cardiac mapping or EP recording systems, OR
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology, OR
  • 6–10 years of experience in a cardiology-related role

Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of the CRM/EP market
  • Fluent German and English (a must for this role)
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany
