The sales training specialist will offer daily support to sales training department, and other relevant departments, and also lead face-to-face and virtual trainings. The sales training specialist must be able to multitask and be prepared to manage a wide variety of responsibilities that can change daily.

· Serve as the main sales training contact for Mexico commercial/marketing teams.
· Lead and develop sales training to address tools, skills, and gaps.
· Analyze sales competencies and create initiatives for improvement.
· Develop sales leaders in coaching and leadership.
· Co-travel to coach sales leaders in the field.
· Support the Sales Training Manager with Sales Conventions.
· Plan and execute training events and manage open/distance trainings.
· Visit the field regularly to assess training impact and needs.
· Update sales training materials as needed.
· Organize and lead relevant projects or courses.
· Collaborate with training peers to share best practices and new ideas.
· Track progress and performance of commercial teams.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Experience in sales or equivalent field
· 4 - 6 years’ experience in training

· Spanish: native speaker
· English: advanced or fluent proficiency
· Ability to communicate with internal and external customers

· Knowledgeable in digital technologies
· Familiar with Windows environment
· Ability to learn software applications efficiently
· Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Experience managing LMS/LMX platforms

· Able to work towards results under pressure
· Continuously works to achieve objectives despite unexpected challenges
· Applies straightforward, consistent actions to resolve issues

Como Especialista en Desarrollo de Negocios (BDS), trabajará en asociación con los equipos comerciales de Align en el viaje de desarrollo del flujo de odontología digital dentro de las clínicas, transformando los procesos analógicos con soluciones innovadoras y flujos de trabajo digitales que producen tratamientos más fáciles, rápidos y asequibles. Estamos ayudando a los profesionales a expandir su negocio y aumentar la satisfacción del paciente.

En este rol, usted...

· Actuar como experto en la plataforma digital Align, desarrollando y aplicando un conocimiento profundo de los flujos de trabajo digitales de iTero, conectando con socios y clientes dentales, a través del dominio del enfoque orto-restaurador;

· Prospectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar conexiones, a través del mapeo de clientes y cuentas seleccionados, centrándose en la presentación de los beneficios de integrar (digitalmente) las especialidades;

· Buscar desarrollar la visión del viaje del paciente en los clientes, ayudándoles a entender y establecer protocolos y cuáles serían las herramientas digitales para cada especialidad;

· Actuar en la retención de iTero, así como en la fidelización de clientes hacia Align y su plataforma digital;

· Actuar en colaboración y en asociación con el Gerente de Territorio y/u otros equipos del equipo de ventas en la región en la que opera;

· Contribuir a la formación de los Gestores de Territorio u otros equipos designados, sobre la plataforma digital y el flujo ortorrestaurador;

· Otras actividades pueden ser asignadas o revisadas de acuerdo a la evolución y dinámica del negocio.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


En este rol, necesitarás...

• Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B y/o desarrollo de negocios; historial de rendimiento, logros y excelencia en el crecimiento de las empresas;

• Experiencia en la industria en la venta de dispositivos médicos, bienes de capital, odontología u otra experiencia B2B relevante;

• Sólidos conocimientos en Odontología Restauradora, Clínica y de Laboratorio;

• Licenciatura, educación superior completa;

• Nivel intermedio de inglés y excelente comunicación verbal y escrita en portugués

• Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia en las regiones donde operará.

  • Participate in develop marketing initiatives and strategies to Business Development area with partners focused on driving growth, utilization, and adoption of Align’s product.
