We are seeking an organized and proactive Senior Digital Design Manager to oversee the production and delivery of creative assets for Armis. In this role, you will manage workflows, keep designers on track to meet deadlines, and ensure projects stay within budget. A critical aspect of this position includes handling administrative responsibilities, such as managing vendor procurement, processing Statements of Work (SOWs), and facilitating Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between creative strategy and execution, enabling the team to produce outstanding work efficiently.
What you will do:
Creative Project Management
• Oversee the production and delivery of creative assets across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Manage workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and maintain a detailed project calendar to keep the team aligned and on schedule.
• Serve as a point of contact between designers and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and priorities.Administrative & Vendor Management
• Handle procurement processes, including onboarding and managing creative vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
• Draft, process, and track Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage invoices, contracts, and budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines throughout vendor engagements.
Creative Team Leadership
• Support the creative team by removing obstacles, managing resources, and identifying areas for process improvements.
• Provide feedback on design deliverables to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
• Partner with the creative director to establish best practices for workflow and asset management.
• Monitor workloads and help prioritize tasks to maintain balance within the team.Operational Excellence
• Maintain and update project management tools and systems to optimize team efficiency.
• Report on project performance, resource allocation, and budget utilization to leadership.
• Establish and document processes for managing and archiving creative assets.
What we expect:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in a creative management, production, or project management role, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
• Strong understanding of design workflows and creative production processes across digital and print.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, SOWs, and RFPs in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and file management systems (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, DAM platforms).
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or technology concepts and terminology.
• Experience leading a team of designers or creatives.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and basic design principles.
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
