What you will do
Web Content Management:
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to create, update, and publish engaging web content aligned with regional and global strategies.
- Test and validate links, formats, and layouts to maintain a flawless user experience.
- Help maintain and enhance our global digital presence, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
SEO and Website Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and search rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Conductor, and SEO platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content discoverability, rankings, and overall website performance.
- Stay up to date with evolving SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our digital presence remains competitive.
Collaboration with the Content Factory:
- Partner with the newly established Content Factory team to ensure timely and effective content updates on the website.
- Work with writers, designers, and campaign managers to showcase and promote new content, ensuring it is optimized for digital consumption and engagement.
- Align content distribution with demand generation, social media, and regional marketing initiatives to maximize reach and impact.
- Ensure content is structured effectively for global audiences while maintaining brand consistency across digital channels.
Collaboration and Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with the Marketing CoE and regional marketing teams to align on global content strategies and execution plans.
- Meticulously test campaigns to identify and address any errors or inconsistencies.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and content for global audiences.
- Manage a Digital Marketing Specialist
What we expect:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or related roles.
- Minimum 2 years experience of managing people.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong understanding of GDPR and email compliance best practices.
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional marketing environment is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Highly diligent and focused, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, global environment.
- Strong proofreading skills and an eye for design and formatting.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across time zones and cultures with a global team.
