· Develop and execute the annual Benelux marketing plan in alignment with regional strategy and commercial objectives.
· Use data-driven insights (e.g. campaign ROI, market trends, customer behavior) to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
· Proactively represent the Benelux market and customer voice in new product development and global strategy discussions.
· Drive go-to-market strategies for product launches, campaigns, and initiatives to support Invisalign and iTero growth.
· Build and maintain a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs), institutions, and key customers to support awareness and credibility.
· Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Finance, and Customer Support teams to align execution and ensure consistent messaging.
· Identify local growth opportunities and tailor programs to maximize market impact beyond regional plans.
· Lead and support communication plans to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategy, product positioning, and initiatives.
· Train and educate internal teams on new products, strategic initiatives, and innovations.
· Monitor business results, track KPIs, and continuously assess performance to adjust tactics and optimize outcomes.
· Champion customer-centric thinking, understanding the orthodontic mindset and needs to better position Align’s solutions.
· Actively participate in regional and global marketing collaboration to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
