AI Platform &. In this role, you will have the opportunity

As the Manager AI Platform & Operations you will be supporting further extension of our internal AI platform as part of a bigger agile release train. By delivering functionality and establishing a clearly defined operations concept, you are ensuring that the AI platform is being successfully adopted and used by many teams within SAP.

What you bring:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leading AI or platform teams and driving the successful implementation of cloud-based platform capabilities
• Proven experience in establishing devops principles and the wish to expand this to MLOps
• Experience in managing teams with different skill sets and different stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of AI technologies and concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven understanding of scaling delivery across organizational boundaries

Advantage

• Experience working in scaled agile frameworks (esp. SAFe)
• Experience with chatbot and / or Generative AI development
