What you’ll do:

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina - Munro, Vicente Lopez

• Commercial and compliance review for quote approval
• Contract drafting and release
• Support contract signature process and deal booking
• Ensure Quarter End requirements are met
• Provide deal support
• Act as business partners for Sales force
• Ensure processes follow SAP compliance guidelines
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and recorded
• Continuous improvement: adjusting or developing processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Keep updated guides and SOPs to ensure team knowledge is maintained and extended

What you bring:

• University Student (Mandatory). Legal, Commercial and Accounting background is preferred.
• Advanced English and Portuguese languages skills (Mandatory).
• Excel and accounting expertise is a big plus.
• Proactive and social personality.
• Solution-oriented personality.
• Customer service experience is a plus. The same applies to work and travel / foreign exchange experiences.
