Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years product management or related industry experience in one of the following areas: Machine Learning based personalization, ranking or recommendation services in Search, Feed, Ads or related areas.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience building and shipping ranking and recommendation products.
  • Understanding of backend architecture for ranking systems including large-scale distributed systems.
  • Ability to interpret A/B tests, knowledge of statistical methods to evaluate performance.

Responsibilities
  • Identify patterns, trends, and content performance to provide ongoing reports on the relevance and quality of our product.
  • Develop end to end AI/ML product strategy and solutions for the next generation ranking and recommendations technology driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, user journeys and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams in research, data science, product design, and engineering.
  • Design metrics and track experimentation results to iterate and fine-tune models, ensuring continuous improvement and impact on key business metrics.
  • Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
