Responsibilities:

• Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, and techniques for achieving results.
• As the need arises, collaborate with specialists and other teams to craft an optimized plan of action to resolve the technical issues and recover equipment functionality to customer happiness.
• Document solving processes and technical findings to generate service reports and presentations.
• Assist field engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging sophisticatedoptical/electro/mechanicalequipment, computer systems, coupled with software solutions.
• To collaborate with specialists and other teams to craft an optimized plan of action to resolve the technical issues and recover equipment functionality to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to travel internationally around 20-30% of time
• May be involved in tool installation, relocation, and upgrade of equipment.
• Provide technical training support

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree and work experience in a similar or relatable role
