The position we are recruiting for involves providing Microsoft services to mid-sized and large customers (mainly in the retail industry), helping them realize their potential and contribute to their digital transformation. As an Account Executive, it is essential to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse individuals within the customer's organization and sustain trust. Additionally, it is important to efficiently manage many customers using internal digital tools to increase sales. While deeply engaging with focus accounts, it is also necessary to manage other customers within the territory, collaborate with internal resources and partners, and manage projects from creation to order.
- Responsible for the revenue and customer satisfaction of the assigned territory
- Formulate territory and account strategies, assigning appropriate internal resources and partners to all customers
- Support customers in having a clear strategic vision for digital transformation
- Lead by deeply understanding customer needs and appropriately placing various internal and external members to ensure projects progress smoothly
- Utilize cutting-edge digital tools to plan, forecast, identify sales opportunities, and lead the team in maximizing opportunity creation
- Evaluate sales opportunities and convert them into customer solution-based scenarios
- Maximize upsell and cross-sell transactions by leveraging internal resources and collaborating with partners to provide appropriate solutions aligned with customer business goals and IT initiatives
- Expand through partners by sharing opportunities to provide innovative solutions that drive new business in the market, and deepen learning about key solutions and partners that can solve customer business needs
- Acquire solid knowledge of Microsoft's digital transformation offerings and cloud offerings, utilize training resources to obtain valuable certifications
- Ensure customers adopt our technology and promote the consumption of cloud products
