Senior Marketing and Activations Coordinator, Strategic Programs
As our Senior Marketing and Activations Coordinator, Strategic Programs you’ll be focused on EY Connect Programs and will play a vital role in driving our marketing activities, and engaging audiences across Non-Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and EY Alumni audiences.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of a national portfolio of high-quality events, including marketing, communications, program reporting, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with the broader BMC team and the wider business to identify connectivity opportunities for audiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams for creative development, approvals, and production timelines, while managing program databases and content across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and support the rollout of campaigns and marketing initiatives.

- Ability to work successfully both as part of a team and independently
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and always meet demanding time frames

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as negotiation skills
- CRM and e-marketing experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or work experience
- Experience in professional services or B2B environment desirable
