Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Key Responsibilities:
Be an expert and role model on the adidas brand and products and consumer service
Implement strategic Global Sales Academy, HUB, and GCC programs across assigned doors including functional capabilities, brand and product knowledge, and service
Measure and analyse impact of implemented programs to give evidence of ROI for training conducted
Build relationships with store management and retail team members in assigned doors to inspire a service and training culture in stores
Build relationships with GCC and EM stakeholders to contribute best practice beyond scope of assigned stores
Ensure that all trainings implemented are business relevant, consumer-centric and aligned with global sales and business strategy
Project manage and lead implementation of specific programs across UAE and GCC as necessary
Focus on franchise stores, while aligning and supporting all sales channels (own retail, franchise, wholesale) to provide the consumer consistent excellent, branded service

Advanced MS office skills, in particular PowerPoint
Highly integrative with strong business mind, data focus and results orientation
Solid business acumen and proven track record of increasing retail & sales KPI’s through training and development programs
Enthusiastic with strong work ethic with flexible approach
Consumer-centric, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong team player with an international mindset
Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Ability to travel when required across GCC
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the retail industry, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG, preferably in a training role
