Job Description:
Honeywell recruits for a Customer Success Engineer. In this role, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and facilitating to customers during the pre-sales phase, facilitating product presentations, offering solutions, and guiding customers in selecting the right products and solutions for their specific applications. You will also be accountable for providing technical training, facilitating project execution, developing advanced customer applications, tracking billable hours, and complementing our sales representatives with deep technical knowledge.
You will report directly to the Regional Sales head in Northern Europa and you'll work either remotely or from our designated location in Amsterdam.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on driving sales and customer satisfaction by leveraging your deep technical knowledge and expertise to provide tailored solutions to our customers' needs.
Responsibilities

  • Provide technical training to customers on our products and solutions.
  • Facilitate project execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful implementation of our solutions.

  • Track and report billable hours for customer projects.
  • Complement our sales representatives with deep technical knowledge, assisting with pre-sales activities, product selection, and job execution.

must have
  • Minimum of5 yearsofexperiencein a technical sales role, preferably in the field of industrial automation or Building automation.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in programmablelogiccontrollers (PLCs) and Codesys specifically.
  • Fluency in English is amustwith excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
  • Ability to comprehend customerrequirementsand provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient inCRMsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ’sdegreein engineering or a related field.
  • Experiencein conducting technical training sessions.
  • Proventrack recordin developing advanced customer applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
