Role and Responsibilities

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Electronics Technology, or related field and ten (10) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as an Engineer III, System Structure Design or related occupation in telecom software industry. Of the 10 years of experience must have included: (1) Experience with 5G/4G air interface and call processing technologies and network architecture specifically focused on Radio Access Network;(2)Experience with system engineering activities including feature requirements identification, feature description documentation, parameter optimization, performance analysis, test strategy creation, and problem troubleshooting; (3) Experience with overall Wireless systems with emphasis on PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC and PDCP layers; (4) Experience with test tools including XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, Channel Emulator; and (5) Experience with 3GPP systems including Core and RAN networks.
