Provide resolution for operational issues and high severity issues to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

Minimum Education Required:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering Technology, or a related field

Minimum Experience Required: Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Engineer II, System Structure Design or related occupation requiring virtualized solutions in wireless networks.

Alternate Education Required: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Alternate Experience Required: Two (2) years of experience as an Engineer II, System Structure Design or related occupation requiring virtualized solutions in wireless networks.

Special requirements: The five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience with Bachelor’s degree, or the two (2) years of experience with a Master’s degree, must have included:

(1) Experience with OAMP, FCAPS and OSS for EMS, NMS and RAN network elements;
(2) Experience with 4G/5G RAN & O-RAN network deployment and commercial network;
(3) Experience with OAMP and FCAPS subsystem design and development in wireless networks;
(4) Experience with Unix/Linux, scripting tools including PERL, TCL, and Shell;

(5) Experience with troubleshooting experience using command-line tools and scripts;
(6) Experience with SNMP, TNM protocols, NMS and OSS interfaces, High Availability and redundancy systems, andOpenstack/Kubernetes.
