Sales Incentive Plans

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Validating monthly sales data to ensure all qualifying sales are flowing into Sales Incentive calculations. Meeting monthly and annual deadlines to make certain payments and accruals are on-time and accurate
  • Learning about upstream processes that feed into Sale Incentive calculations, such as Point-of-Sale claims processing, chargebacks, chargeback resubmits, billing docs, and changes to Customer and Product Master Data, etc. to understand how these areas impact Sales Incentive calculations.
  • Entering manual sales data each month into Vistex and the GIC, validate as needed.
  • Assisting with building and maintaining Sales Incentive plans in Vistex
  • Providing assistance to Americas Team members working in USA, Poland and Costa Rica.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience with Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables and formulas and at least one year of experience with Business Objects or Power BI
  • Two years of experience with Sales Incentive Plans and Salesforce.com
  • Must speak and understand English at a high level

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • SAP / Vistex experience, or experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Ability to investigate a new issue until root cause is identified
  • Strong time management and ability to recognize when assistance is needed
  • Experience with key data sources such as Snowflake and SQL.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak or understand Spanish is helpful
