The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Here you will make an impact by:

• Monitor reports of deliveries and other documents to ensure they are billed to customers

• Coordinate and cooperate with other teams (Support, Customer Service, Accounting) to drive efficient issue resolutions for billing errors

• Prepare monthly revenue related reporting for Finance Teams

• Support other teams by ad hoc invoice creation, output transmitting and other tasks

• Manage SOX control reports for the clients

• Identify opportunities for process, and/or systems improvements

• Assist with resolution of audit queries

• Participate in preparation for transitions

• Follow corporate standards and guidelines

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 1-2 years of equivalent work experience: Finance & Accounting or Supply Chain, Pricing

• Basic knowledge of accounting

• Proficiency in English and Italian (speaking and writing)

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Previous experience in SAP system will be an asset
