As aCustomer Operations Analyst - Customer Care, you have the incredible opportunity to unleash your curiosity and collaborate with a diverse and innovative global team. Your contributions will make a significant impact by:
Building strong customer relationships through prompt and effective responses to inquiries via email, telephone, and chat.
Resolving queries related to data delivery, changes in existing orders in SAP, customer data updates, product availability, and more.
Proactively managing blocked orders to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborating with the business to enhance customer relationship management using Salesforcefunctionalities.
Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle time, driving continuous process improvement.
Monitoring work queues for new requests, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer care and driving operational excellence. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to our collective success.
Your Skills and Expertise
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Logistics, Marketing.
English at minimum B2+ level (knowledge of any additional European languages will be an asset)
Previous experience working with ERP or CRM platforms (especially SAP and SalesForce) are nice to have.
Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes.
