You will report directly to our Chief Product & Strategy Officer, HCE and will work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision and plan for digital services for the company
- Lead a team of product managers and engagement managers to develop compelling digital services offerings and drive adoption across the Strategic Business Groups (SBGs)
- Collaborate with Gold Business Enterprise (GBE) offering teams and cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, sales) to translate customer needs into competitive digital services offerings driven by compelling roadmaps
- Oversee the design, development and monetization of AI-powered solutions tailored for aftermarket services in industrial world
- Monitor and measure the performance of digital service offerings, ensuring they deliver expected growth and strong return on investment (ROI)
- Ensure commercialization of digital services by developing enterprise selling capabilities and demand shaping for driving organic growth of digital services within the install base
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of product management experience leading a high-growth portfolio
- Deep understanding of the industrial landscape, current pain points, and industrial processes, equipment, and technologies
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), data analytics, and cloud computing with strong analytical skills to derive insights from industrial data and metrics
- Proven success in leading through influence in highly matrixed environments

- Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field
- Track record of success in data monetization and AI application for industrial challenges, leading to resilient and high-growth revenue streams
- Proficiency in data science methodologies and machine learning techniques
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development practices
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts into business value propositions to a non-technical audience
- Familiarity with and understanding of industrial cybersecurity, data privacy, automation, control systems, operational technology, digital twin technology, and predictive maintenance solutions
- Knowledge of industrial software platforms and ecosystems
- Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, product road-mapping, and prioritization for complex industrial solutions
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, motivating, and inspiring cross-functional and diverse teams
- Understanding of industrial regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to measure and communicate product success through relevant KPIs
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Business acumen and a strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth through AI
