Providing high level support and coordination of support for SAP, Global and Local applications and systems ensuring a high level of responsiveness and satisfaction
Log and manage Tickets for SAP support, Global and Local applications to remediate disturbances in the day-to-day operations
Collaborate with Corporate IT on issue resolution
Manage SAP Users Requests
Identify areas for improvement
Work with department colleagues to deliver solutions
Acting as Subject Matter Expert by providing expertise and support on SAP, Global applications like GLS, MES as well as Local applications like WM6, PackSize
Troubleshooting and diagnosing reported problems and working to understand and correct problems as well as recommending workarounds
Creating and maintaining all required technical documentation
Perform unit and formal testing, communicate testing results to Corporate IT
Capture, define and translate Business requirements
Required Qualifications:
Education level: HBO level or MBO and a minimum of 2 years in SAP business process experience in Distribution and Logistics environment
SAP Warehouse Management knowledge is a must and EWM is a plus; Distribution and Logistic process and system knowledge is a must
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and willingness to learn additional software programs
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in facilitating the change process
Good written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an asset
