WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive tech enablement strategy that supports both internal teams and customers, aligning with the company’s overall objectives and GTM strategy
- Lead a team of enablement project managers, training business developers, and a portfolio manager, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to identify training needs and opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through education
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of training materials, programs, and initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our internal teams and customers
- Manage the customer training GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market demands
- Analyze program effectiveness and leverage feedback to continually refine and enhance the tech enablement offerings
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive insights, and educational best practices to ensure our tech enablement and customer training programs are cutting-edge
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in leading tech enablement or training programs, with a strong understanding of GTM strategies and customer education
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working closely with sales, marketing, and product development departments
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them with measurable results
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Innovative thinker with the ability to translate technical content into effective training programs
- Deep understanding of the tech industry, with the ability to anticipate training needs and trends
