MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement VM principles & techniques cross both own retail and key franchise stores
- Implement daily visual merchandising directives to stores and formalize report accordingly
- Provide and coach visual merchandising guidance for OVM and in store VM and store staff
- Implement in store communication guidelines in responsible areas based on set guideline

- Adapt and implement VM manual
- Create monthly VM plan for key stores
- Execute seasonal campaign

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Able to develop store opening plan independently
- Has strong organized, logic, strategic thinking
- Good communication skill
- Good interpersonal communication skill
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail environment with sports brands or fashion retail brands
- College degree or above
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
