Sales, Sr. Proposal Manager - Health Systems (GTA, Office-Based)
Job Descriptionresponsible for content development, coordination, andcompletion of RFPs and RFIs initiated by our end user hospitalprovincial and federal governments. The proposals are used bycapital equipment, services and supplies.
Your role:
- Maintaining and implementing best practices in proposalmanagement taking into account tailored needs by business andtheir independent strategies and marketing plans
- Staying abreast of all organizational changes, market dynamicsand changes in customer buying behaviors in order to accuratelyand effectively position Philips in every sales deal requiring aproposal.
- Driving effective and accurate tracking of proposal win/loss data,buying trends and volume trends as part of key metrics reportedmonthly to senior executives
- Ensuring team maintains knowledge expertise across all product &service lines and markets
- Developing the proposal mgt. team such that it is able to deliver aproposal that includes (besides all the templated responses to thecustomer’s questions) a clear and differentiating sales story,
You're the right fit if:
- You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- You've acquired 5+ years of equivalent experience in proposal developmentand team management.
- Ability todrive a tailored experience for the customer through the response totheir proposal requests and must be capable of developing a team that can adaptour proposal approach to the changes in our market place, channels,sales structures and customer buying behaviors.
- Keen understanding of the healthcare industry and internal and enduser customers and must have ability to drive and manage change tomaximize sales deal wins that are tied to proposals and contribute todirect revenue generation for Philips Healthcare.
- Ability to speak French is a plus.
- APMP Accreditation or PMP certification a plus.

The pay range for this position is$123,000 to $158,000
