The Proposal Administrator will play a pivotal role in the proposal development process by identifying, scheduling and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals. (RFPs) from various sources externally and internally. The ideal candidate will have experience in searching for new business opportunities, managing logistical and administrative aspects of proposal writing and ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely manner.

The pay range for this position is $53,887 to $84,679. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
