Philips Proposal Administrator - Health Systems Mississauga Canada, Ontario, Mississauga 145036508
The Proposal Administrator will play a pivotal role in the proposal development process by identifying, scheduling and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals. (RFPs) from various sources externally and internally. The ideal candidate will have experience in searching for new business opportunities, managing logistical and administrative aspects of proposal writing and ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Your role:
- Assist with document formatting, proofreading and editing to ensure clarity and alignment with RFP requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in proposal development and business development.
- Provide administrative support and training for team members on RFP process and tools
- Ensure all submissions and communications through portals are tracked and documented.

acquired2+years of experience in proposal writing, RFP coordination or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee/support multiple RFPs simultaneously
You have aBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field
- Bilingual in English and French preferred

The pay range for this position is $53,887 to $84,679. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
