  • Collaborate with NAM account management and customer success teams to develop targeted marketing programs that drive customer upsell, cross-sell and expansion
  • Develop C-suite community to build and nurture relationships with executive customers
  • Develop and own account-based marketing program for enterprise segment
  • Collaborate with the customer marketing lifecycle team to understand segmentation strategies, providing additional marketing touchpoints as needed
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify and understand customer behavior, preferences and needs
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Drive innovative customer marketing efforts, always leveraging industry best practices
Your Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS experience as a lifecycle or customer marketing manager
  • Strong knowledge of customer marketing tactics and best practices
  • Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience organizing customer events and campaigns
  • Prior experience working with account management and customer success organizations
  • You are passionate about creating delightful and impactful customer experiences. You believe in a customer-first approach to creating campaigns and your north star is helping customers succeed.
  • Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
  • Outstanding communicator and thinker
  • Experience with , Hubspot and other marketing automation tools for reporting analytics and campaign execution
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
