Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years’ experience in Operations, Program Management, Process Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, Data Management OR equivalent experience.
• Experience leading major implementations and deployments and/or roll outs from blueprint to go-live.
• Ability to communicate in English in a professional setting.
  

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Successfully managed multiple projects requiring cross functional org engagement and influencing stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
• Proven experience in engaging with clarity and purpose across multiple programs, playing the role of a PM, Workstream owner, Workstream lead.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute modeling expertise as a team player
• Able to deal with ambiguity: can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can act without having the total picture; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts
• Ability to work with different cultures and stakeholders across geographies​
• Analytics to integrate, consolidate, and understand business processes to provide information to allow decision making
• Ability to manage risk and issues in projects and support
• Experience with Business Taxonomy management & Governance or similar programs will be a plus
• Knowledge of Customer Support Operational functions such as Business Intelligence, Staffing, Scheduling, Planning and Service Delivery operations will be a plus
