As a Operations Program Manager, Product Launch, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Tax, etc.) to understand, capture, and translate launch requirements into high quality configuration that ensures Microsoft’s broad catalog of products and services ship on time, to the right regions and channels, and at the right prices. You will do this through process excellence, data analytics, quality assurance, and by leveraging automated solutions. This opportunity will allow you to develop deep business acumen across Consumer and Commercial business lines, execute across different launch process and systems landscapes, and play a critical operational role getting cutting edge Microsoft products and services to market. You will get to partner with a worldwide team of Product Operations pros in a flexible environment that supports hybrid work.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Design or Program/Project Management work experience.
Launch Management and Product go-to-market execution experience.
Catalog, Offer or Pricing Management experience.
Quality assurance, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, ERP, SAP, PowerBI / Data Visualization.
SQL querying, Visual Basic, or PowerApps is a plus.
Lean Methodology and/or Six Sigma experience.
